Order Confirmation
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- We will immediately check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to discuss alternate arrangements.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment
- If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
- We will send you a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- If you do not receive a shipping confirmation from us within four business days, please feel free to follow up with us at support@cielostalkers.com.
International Orders
- Please note that our products are made specifically for the US market and require a [110V or 240V] electrical system to function correctly.
- While our products are certified to US standards, they may not be certified for use with electrical safety standards in other countries.
- We happily ship to international customers and will provide an up-to-date shipping price quote upon request due to varying product dimensions.
- If you agree with our shipping quote, we will proceed with preparing your order and payment through our ultra-secure online payment gateway.
Damages
- Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery.
- If you do accept delivery and notice any damage, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products using your smartphone or camera.
- If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@cielostalkers.com, then visit our Returns page to lodge your return claim online.
